New hope for liver cancer: adding zanzalintinib to standard therapy

Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer who have already received two immunotherapy drugs (tremelimumab and durvalumab) and are now on durvalumab alone. Participants will add an experimental drug called zanzalintinib to their durvalumab treatment. The goal is to see if this combination helps them live longer without their cancer growing. About 16 adults will take part in this Phase 2 trial.
