Summary
This phase 2 study tests whether adding the experimental drug zanzalintinib to the approved immunotherapy durvalumab can help people with advanced liver cancer live longer. Participants have already responded to an initial treatment of tremelimumab plus durvalumab and are now on durvalumab alone. The trial will enroll 16 adults and measure how long the cancer stays under control.
