New combo therapy takes on tough lymphoma
NCT ID NCT05873712
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a combination of two treatments—zanubrutinib (a targeted drug) and lisocabtagene maraleucel (a CAR T-cell therapy)—for people with Richter's syndrome, an aggressive lymphoma that can develop from chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors in patients whose cancer has returned or stopped responding to other treatments. About 24 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
