Summary

This pilot study tests whether a peer-led program called Yuva Sath can help young people (ages 18-29) who inject drugs in India stay engaged in substance use treatment and use HIV prevention services. Participants receive 6 one-on-one sessions and weekly text check-ins from peer counselors over 6 months. The study will measure if the program is feasible, acceptable, and improves treatment attendance and reduces risky behaviors.
