New Brain-Based program aims to save young lives from suicide
NCT ID NCT07395752
Summary
This study is developing and testing two mindfulness-based therapy programs designed specifically for Korean adolescents and young adults who struggle with suicidal thoughts or self-harm. Researchers will compare these structured programs to usual mental health care to see if they better reduce harmful thoughts and behaviors, improve mood and sleep, and help regulate emotions. The study also checks if these improvements are linked to measurable changes in brain activity and daily routines.
