Summary
This study looked at what makes it easier or harder for Turkish young people (ages 15-24) to be physically active. Researchers surveyed 318 healthy volunteers about their activity levels, stress, and daytime sleepiness. The goal is to understand these factors so better programs can be designed to help youth move more.
