Teens take charge: Co-Creating healthier cities across continents

Summary

This project aims to help teens in vulnerable urban areas develop healthier habits by letting them lead the way. Adolescents in Denmark, the Netherlands, Nigeria, and South Africa will work with researchers and local leaders to design and test changes to their neighborhoods. The goal is to improve physical activity, sleep, and reduce screen time by making local environments more supportive.
