Study tracks young athletes to predict injury risk
NCT ID NCT06325228
Summary
This study followed 373 healthy young athletes in Poland, aged 8-16, for one year. Researchers measured their fitness, balance, strength, and quality of life to see if these factors could predict who might get injured. The goal is to learn how focusing intensely on one sport affects injury risk and overall well-being in kids and teens.
