Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week online group yoga program works as well as a proven online behavioral therapy for reducing depression symptoms in adults. Over 500 participants with depression were randomly assigned to receive either yoga or therapy sessions, with their symptoms tracked for 6 months. The goal is to see if yoga is a similarly effective option and to help match people to the treatment that works best for them.
