Summary
This study is testing whether offering yoga or physical therapy classes directly at opioid treatment centers can help people who are dealing with both chronic back pain and opioid use disorder. Researchers will compare these two programs to usual care to see which one better reduces pain and helps people use fewer opioids. The goal is to find safe, non-drug ways to improve quality of life for this group.
