Summary

This study looks at whether a program combining yoga, meditation, and mindful eating can lower stress, anxiety, and depression in university students. About 60 students will attend weekly sessions for a semester and fill out questionnaires to measure changes. The goal is to see if these practices improve mental well-being and mindfulness.
