Stressed students: yoga and meditation put to the test

Summary

This study looks at whether a program combining yoga, meditation, and mindful eating can lower stress, anxiety, and depression in university students. About 60 students will take part in weekly sessions for a total of 32 hours. They will practice poses, breathing exercises, and learn healthy eating habits. Questionnaires before and after will measure changes in their mental well-being.
