Summary

This study is testing whether a program combining yoga, meditation, and mindful eating can help university students feel less stressed, anxious, and depressed. About 60 students will attend weekly sessions for one semester, practicing physical postures, breathing exercises, and learning about mindful nutrition. Researchers will use questionnaires before and after the program to see if it improves students' mental well-being and mindfulness.
