Summary

This study is testing whether adding yoga to a standard diet and exercise program helps people with overweight or obesity lose more weight. Researchers will compare a program with aerobic exercise plus yoga to one with just aerobic exercise. They will also check if the yoga group sees extra benefits like less stress, better sleep, and improved fitness over 12 months.
