Summary

This study looks at whether yoga can help men who want to quit tobacco feel less craving and stay away from it. About 96 men aged 18 to 65 who are dependent on tobacco will either do yoga or receive standard advice. Researchers will check cravings and relapse rates over three months to see if yoga is a helpful tool.
