Summary

This study looks at whether a yoga program is practical and helpful for people with functional dyspepsia or gastroparesis, conditions that cause nausea and vomiting. Ten adults will try the yoga sessions and report how they feel. The goal is to see if yoga can be a useful tool to ease symptoms.
