Yoga may ease heart Failure's toll on daily life

Summary

This study tests whether regular yoga practice can improve quality of life and reduce anxiety and depression in people with stable chronic heart failure. About 66 adults with heart failure will be randomly assigned to add yoga to their usual care or continue usual care alone. The main goal is to see if yoga helps patients feel better emotionally and physically.
