Summary
This study tests whether regular yoga practice can improve quality of life and reduce anxiety and depression in adults with stable chronic heart failure. Researchers will enroll 66 participants who will practice yoga alongside their usual medical care. The goal is to see if yoga helps patients feel better emotionally and physically.
