Summary
This study tested whether adding different support tools to standard yoga classes could help people practice yoga more often. It involved 192 adults with chronic pain who were also receiving medication treatment for opioid use. The goal was to find the best combination of support tools to help people stick with yoga as a way to manage their pain.
