Can yoga with a matched trainer ease cancer Survivors' burden?
NCT ID NCT07165600
Summary
This study is testing whether a yoga program led by a trainer who shares the same racial background can improve quality of life and reduce symptoms for Black and African American cancer survivors. Researchers want to see if this culturally tailored approach makes the program more accessible and effective. About 50 participants in California will attend weekly yoga sessions and then practice at home with videos.
