Summary
This study tests a program that combines yoga with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help people with Generalized Anxiety Disorder feel less anxious and more resilient. Researchers will enroll 64 adults who have had GAD for at least a year and are not currently in therapy or doing yoga. The goal is to see if this mind-body approach improves anxiety symptoms and daily functioning.
