Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app that guides patients and their caregivers through yoga exercises is safe and easy to use. It includes 60 people with lung or esophageal cancer who are getting radiation therapy, plus a family caregiver. The goal is to see if the app is a practical way to help manage symptoms and stress during treatment.
