Phone yoga eases cancer journey for patients and families

Summary
This study is testing a new mobile app that guides lung cancer patients and their family caregivers through yoga exercises. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for managing stress and improving quality of life during radiation treatment. Researchers will enroll 60 people (30 patient-caregiver pairs) to try the app and provide feedback.
