NCT ID NCT05250310

First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 16-week program of yoga and lifestyle changes could affect tiny molecules in the blood called microRNAs, which help control how genes work, in people with heart disease. Sixteen adults with coronary artery disease took part. The goal was to see if these changes could lower heart disease risk factors like weight, waist size, and blood pressure.
