New drug aims to shrink Heart-Artery plaque in major trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called YN001 in 456 adults with coronary atherosclerosis (plaque buildup in heart arteries). Participants will receive either YN001 or a placebo by IV, alongside their usual heart medications. The main goal is to see if YN001 reduces non-calcified plaque volume in the arteries after 13 weeks, as measured by CT scan.
