Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new vaccine called YMN-136 in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and has stopped responding to at least three previous treatments. The main goals are to check if the vaccine is safe and to find the right dose for future studies. Researchers will also look for early signs that the vaccine might help control the cancer.
