Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, YL205, in 252 people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The drug is given by IV every three weeks. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if it helps shrink tumors. This is an early-stage trial, so the main focus is on safety and dosing, not yet on proving it works.
