This study tests whether adding a Chinese herbal medicine called Yiyang Huoluo Decoction to standard heart medications can improve symptoms and blood vessel health in older adults with coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis. About 30 participants aged 50-75 will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus the herbal granules for 12 weeks. Researchers will monitor heart symptoms, blood vessel scans, and side effects to see if the combination is safe and effective.
