Summary
This study is testing whether a concentrated extract from yerba mate, a traditional tea, can improve health markers in overweight adults. 80 participants will take either the extract or a placebo pill daily for 90 days. Researchers will measure changes in weight, body fat, blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammation to see if the natural extract helps control these common health risks.
