Summary
This study tests two different spots (temporal vs inferior) for a YAG laser iridotomy in people with angle-closure glaucoma. Each patient gets one spot in each eye, and doctors track pressure, symptoms, and complications over six months. The goal is to find which location is safer and more effective at lowering eye pressure.
