NCT ID NCT06858215

Summary

This is a small pilot study to see if a new 6-session talk therapy program called Y-MIND is practical and acceptable for treating depression in young people aged 15-24 in Zimbabwe. The program is delivered by trained community counselors, not doctors. The main goal is to see if the program can be run well and is liked by participants, while also checking if it helps reduce depression symptoms after 5 months.
