Summary
This pilot study tests a 6-session psychological program called Y-MIND for young people aged 15-24 with depression in Zimbabwe. Trained local counselors deliver the sessions. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful, and to measure changes in depression symptoms after 5 months.
