Summary
This study looks at how doing the "Xuong tan lac than" exercise for 12 weeks changes joint flexibility and muscle endurance in healthy adults. About 34 volunteers will practice the exercise daily and get tested every few weeks. The goal is to learn if this traditional exercise can improve physical fitness, not to treat any disease.
