Summary

This early-stage trial tests an mRNA drug called XH-02 in 15 adults with hypoparathyroidism, a condition where the body lacks parathyroid hormone (PTH). The drug is injected under the skin to help replace the missing hormone. The main goal is to check safety, while also measuring how well it restores calcium and phosphorus levels.
