This study tests whether a special MRI using inhaled xenon gas can show changes in lung function over time in people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) who are starting approved treatments. About 34 participants will have an MRI before starting therapy and again at 3, 6, and 12 months. The goal is to see if this imaging method can help doctors better understand how well the treatments are working.
