Summary

This study tests a new drug, WSD0922-FU, in 40 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (C797S mutation) and has stopped responding to the standard first treatment, osimertinib. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. This is an early-phase trial, so the drug's safety and effectiveness are still being evaluated.
