Summary
This study compares three types of local anesthesia for reducing pain during wrist fracture treatment in the emergency room. About 105 adults with a broken wrist will receive either a nerve block, a hematoma block, or both, and rate their pain on a 0-10 scale. The goal is to find which method provides the best pain relief and reduces the need for opioids.
