Summary
This study tested whether six weeks of wrestling training could improve psychological well-being, reduce anxiety, and boost resilience in adolescent boys. Thirty boys aged 12-15 who had no wrestling experience were split into two groups: one did structured wrestling training, the other kept their normal routine. Results showed that wrestling training may help teens recover from stress and maintain emotional balance.
