Summary
This study tests whether washing the wound with a low-dose chlorhexidine solution after a C-section helps prevent infections and improves healing compared to standard saline. The trial will include 400 women at higher risk for complications, such as those with obesity or diabetes. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the chlorhexidine wash or saline during surgery.
