Summary
This study surveys 450 ear, nose, and throat doctors in Turkey to understand how safe they feel from workplace violence. Participants will fill out an anonymous online questionnaire about their experiences and the support they receive. The goal is to gather information that can help create better safety policies for healthcare workers.
