Summary
This study tested whether a two-part workplace program could help employees improve their health. Researchers examined if banning sugary drink sales at work and offering brief personal counseling could help reduce belly fat and improve the body's response to sugar. Over 600 hospital employees who regularly drank sugary beverages participated for one year.
