First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a resilience training program can improve mental health and well-being in child care staff. About 640 workers from 80 centers will either take part in a resilience program or a physical activity program for 3 months, then be followed for a year. The goal is to see if the resilience program leads to lasting improvements in how staff cope with stress.
