Summary

This study tests a program called WISH, which uses positive psychology exercises (like gratitude and optimism) to help people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Researchers want to see if it's practical and can improve gut-brain communication. About 50 adults with IBS will either do the WISH program or receive educational materials. The goal is to ease IBS symptoms and boost well-being.
