Summary
This study looks at 433 women with chest pain but no major blockages in their heart arteries. Researchers compare standard angiograms with noninvasive cardiac MRI to find problems in small heart arteries. The goal is to improve detection and understanding of heart disease in women. Participants are followed for up to 20 years.
