NCT ID NCT07301216
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether measuring copper in urine after a short break from Wilson Disease medication can give doctors a reliable way to check if the disease is stable. About 30 adults with Wilson Disease will temporarily stop their usual treatment under close supervision and provide daily urine and blood samples for up to 4 days. The goal is to see if this urine test matches current blood tests, which could make monitoring easier and more practical.
