Summary
This study tested whether playing balance games on a Wii Fit board could help women who have osteoporosis after a mastectomy. The goal was to see if this fun, at-home activity could improve their stability and lower their risk of falls. Researchers measured balance in 60 women before and after an 8-week program of using the games.
