First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether whole-body vibration exercises combined with relaxation techniques can help adolescent female athletes who have Female Athlete Triad Syndrome—a condition involving low bone density, irregular periods, and low energy. About 50 participants will do vibration training and relaxation sessions over several weeks. The goal is to see if this approach improves bone health, menstrual regularity, physical performance, and overall well-being.
