First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a World Health Organization program called Self-Help Plus (SH+) can help reduce stress in social service workers. About 50 workers from four institutions in Istanbul will be randomly assigned to either receive SH+ plus usual support, or usual support alone. The main goal is to see if the program is practical and acceptable, and to get early signs of its effect on stress and mental health.
