This study explores whether adding whirlpool therapy to standard physical rehabilitation can improve spasticity, walking, and motivation in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy who recently received Botox injections in their legs. About 43 children aged 3 to 10 will be split into two groups: one getting only standard physiotherapy, the other getting physiotherapy plus whirlpool sessions three times a week for four weeks.
