Can online coaching help ease MS symptoms for wheelchair users?
NCT ID NCT05888727
Summary
This study tested whether a 16-week online exercise coaching program was practical and helpful for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) who use wheelchairs. Researchers enrolled 24 participants to compare the exercise program against a general wellness program. The main goals were to see if people could join and stick with the program safely, and if it led to improvements in MS symptoms, metabolic health, and exercise habits.
