Could cutting out bread clear your skin? new psoriasis diet study investigates
NCT ID NCT05644782
Summary
This study is testing whether a diet free from wheat and cow's milk products can improve skin symptoms and quality of life for people with mild-to-moderate psoriasis. Researchers are recruiting 82 adults to see if this dietary change reduces inflammation and skin plaques. The study will also check if symptoms return when wheat is reintroduced, to understand the link between gut health and skin conditions.
