Summary
This study will give 20 healthy adults a wheat-based fermented beverage daily for 4 weeks to see how it affects their gut and mouth bacteria, blood sugar, cholesterol, and other health markers. Researchers will collect stool, mouth swabs, blood, and breath samples to track changes. The goal is to learn whether this drink can improve metabolic health through the microbiome.
