Summary

This study tests if a 4-week prehabilitation program delivered through WhatsApp can help adults with colorectal cancer prepare for and recover from elective surgery. The program includes educational information, diet advice, exercises, and psychological podcasts. Researchers will compare outcomes like complications and hospital stay length between those who get the program plus standard care and those who get standard care alone.
